Padded bras or training?

Hello I am 12 years and a small size breats r ra big can. I wear a training bra and sometimes u can see through him so that doesn't look like I'm wearin a bra. I put a padded bra maybe twice. So what should use padding or training??

no, go buy a proper bra. They have small sizes. I would go either to an attractive look for a bra sports or one of the tissues (not padded) with the rings. There are many very different types with patturns in them, etc or could just do something normal in various colors (white, black, green, red, etc, etc) These sleek look under clothes and are not transparent. Often, there are sections in stores underwear clothes teens with smaller fasteners. Padded bras are good, they tend to be more expensive and you do not really need to look bigger. You can also get shirts that have bras hidden in them, so if you only wear thin blouses resembles a underneeth shirt instead of a bra.
