I created a series of articles which are basically descriptions of specific courses class martial arts. These descriptions can be used for anyone looking to add a martial arts program in their gym, or add additional classes to their current school of martial arts. They are also excellent for someone who plans to open a martial arts school and need this type of information to add to a business plan or proposal. My initial plan is to prepare the categories below although it is subject to change or expansion. Here are the categories:

Students with a minimum of 1 month training class for beginners will be evaluated for progress the middle class. Students must demonstrate mastery of basic skills as determined by the instructor. Students must also demonstrate basic techniques for pad holding the exercises performed in this class. Students must also demonstrate the level of conditioning necessary for the intermediate class. In addition, there is a material requirement for the class through.
In the beginners class, students should cover the basics of striking art of Muay Thai. Students will learn the proper position and movement. Students also learn proper form and technique based punches, kicks, knees and elbows used in Muay Thai. Basic techniques of the defensive and cons will be taught within the curriculum. Each class begins with warm-up which includes a variety of direction, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, elbows and counter techniques. Packaging and the core curriculum of the class will consist of various exercises with a partner or at times with a punching bag. The intent of the drill is to apply a combination of basic techniques in a flow or simulated encounter. In part of the Beginners class, certain positions of basic and technical work will be covered Thai Clinch. Course will conclude with a conditioning drill to allow students to build stamina and conditioning required for advancement.
