More Grip

Selection of the racquetball racquet is right for you can be tricky. If you've played a while you may already know if you are a type HEAD / gal or a guy Ektelon / gal etc.

If you're looking for your first serious racket, or even your first time snowshoeing, responding a few simple questions can help you in your quest for the perfect racquet.

What Grip Size?

This is one the easiest questions to answer. If you wear a XL glove size, you might want an XS (extra small, even if it is the larger of the two size handfuls of racquetball.) or 3-7/8 "or 3-15/16" grip.

Most everyone else will want an SS (Super Small) or 3-5/8. Some carriers Great glove would like a larger grip, but overall, the small handful of you can move the paddle around your hand easier for more control, and you can generate more snap wrist for more power.

If you are unsure, go with the SS, you can always establish the size of the handle with duct tape, but shaving a few down is not recommended.

In addition to this, some handles are round and others are flat. Generally Ektelon and ProKennex have a little more rectangular (flat) while the other handles manufacturers are more square (Rounder) grips.

What weight?

Good snowshoes are 150 to about 195 grams. Some snowshoes cheaper are heavier, but we are assuming that if you look at it, you're quite serious about racquetball.

Snowshoes are lighter preferred by more advanced players. The racket is slightly more manageable and therefore can offer more control. Almost all professional players use a snowshoeing in the 170-175g range. This is the beach where the racquet is light enough to move, but an athletic person can always generate a little strength with it.

In general a heavy racquet will help "bring your swing around" and provide additional power, after all, force equals mass x acceleration (F = ma). If you have a slower swing speed, buy some mass may be less acceleration. Less known, or simply slow players use the speed will tend to heavier rackets. Heavier rackets may lead to more arm fatigue over extended gaming.

rackets lighter than 165g, in general, are designed for people seeking not much power or can not handle a heavy racket effectively. Petite women and young players would like a 150g racket because they can easily swing, most players will probably find these rackets too light and may even feel some pain from the elbow from swinging such a light racquet.

So that is all there to do?

Not really. There are some other factors to consider such as balance and Swingweight.

Balance can be described how the weight of the racket is distributed. Heavy head refers to a racket that has its center of gravity toward the head of the racket. Mass farther from the point lever (hand) require more inertia to move, but generates more power. Mass closest to your hand, gives more control, but not much power. HEAD, Gearbox, and Wilson tend to be top heavy. Ektelon E-Force and tend to be slightly light head to head rather heavy. ProKennex has models that are all over the place.

Swingweight heavy is how the racquet feels when swung. It is a combination of total weight and balance. 2 rackets Swingweight may be the same even if different weights are fixed. For example, a racquet with a lighter weight yet distributed to the head can actually have a higher Swingweight a heavy racquet with a balance of light-headedness. By example, the GB-250 165g and GB-250 170g Swingweight have the same despite being lighter than the other.

Durability?

As long as you do not smash your racket against a wall after you pass a gun, sustainability should not really be a problem with modern racket technology today. Most new snowshoes are equipped with one years warranty from the manufacturer in case.

Self-professed skate punk Avril Lavigne sings that she'd "rather be anything but ordinary" on her debut. While the fact that she had a record deal by the age of 16 separates her from the pack, too often Let Go's lyrical shortcomings drag the teenager's musically impressive recording entrée into the realm of the typical. The catchy choruses of Go are substantial, though, thanks to Lavigne's riff-d...
