Mma Kick
Kick Boxing is a relatively modern martial arts system, who syllabus derived by combining several fighting techniques from a variety more traditional disciplines, including Kung fu, Kyokushinkai Karate, Muay Thai, Kyokky Shinkai and Tae Kwon Do.
History:
Martial arts are enriched during the early 1970s and interest has been greatly increased by their emphasis on the fight against the competition. Chinese styles of fighting has started taking a more westernized in the United Kingdom, and more in the United States, where the first freestyle real systems began to be created. Indeed, many people claim that Kick Boxing is born in the USA during the 1970s. This, they say, was due to various practitioners of Karate U.S. becoming frustrated with the limitations of tournament competitive scoring. While karate and other disciplines have been considered entrenched with theories and set kata, and were performed in a controlled environment, practitioners wanted to verify the effectiveness of would travel in a more realistic environment. The emphasis began to be placed on specialized techniques such as kicking and handguns, delivered with full force. Although full contact Karate was already established, concerns have been expressed for the safety of competitors.
Development:
There is a close affinity between Kick boxing and Muay Thai. While we believes that the Americans had created this concept in their attempt to find a sport that could refine full contact competition, it is estimated that development Kick boxing was after the World Kick Boxing Association finding common ground between Eastern and Western cultures combat.
It is also believed that Joe Cawley, Don and Judy Quinn, Howard Hansen, Ryn Shorin Karate black belt, were the first promoters of American boxing and worked together for a better recognition. Hansen took Kick boxing stage further by introducing fight in a boxing ring rather than the tournament karate usual. He became known as an intermediate ring, featuring a variety of successful events with stars like Bill  "Superfoot" Wallis.
New rules evolved and were introduced in kick boxing, and more particularly the divisions Weight unit weight of the plane to a truck similar to those in traditional boxing. One side of the decline of discipline in the early days was criticism of injury risk. This has led to improved safety rules, such as protecting competitors on clothing cushion the impact of blows.
