I choose not to Krav Maga something wrong with Kapap but Krav Maga is much more aggressive and the course is full of place Kapap military is much more that you or not interested in, but Krav Maga is awesome and a great system to learn and then go to Google videos and type the name "Alain Cohen is he an amazing Krav Maga instructor you get hooked just by watching Hope this helps
