What exercise machine works best for thighs?

I have naturally thicker thighs, I was wondering what would work best exercise machine for losing some fat on my inner thighs? Would the treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster or bike? And if you could please bring know how much time should be spent on each machine a noticeable difference.
