For many Americans back pain is always the main problem from every man and women. Many of them ended up taking their pain reliever when it’s needed. But most of them, it became a habbit forming. There are many instances that after they see their doctors, they were referred to a chiropractor for some adjustments on their back, but they will need to see the chiropractor many times not just one time. In this case, some of those patients will end up taking that pain reliever instead of paying an expensive chiropractor.

They don’t come to realize that the pain relievers are addictive especially when you are taking more than the average dosage. Lower back pain stretches is the best remedy for your back pain. No side effects, no drugs to take, and you can always do it as many time as you want without damaging your liver. There are some instances that those people who are taking that pain relievers are suffering with liver problem. The pain relievers temporarily gives you relief but in return you will damage your liver for good.

If you are suffering from your upper and lower back, stretch in the morning once you wake up and before going to bed. That will give you a chance to stretch your back and feel a lot better all the time. This will give you a chance to feel relief without taking any medication.

It is still advisable to see a chiropractor from time to time for some adjustments on your back. They can also give you some good advise on how to stretch your back all the time. They can also check your back and identify where the pain is really coming from. They have all the tools and the right equipment to find your lower back pain.

Stop taking any of those pain relievers, that is not your normal way of relieving the pain on your back. It is fully recommended to continue the regular exercise and your lower back pain stretches will going to help ease the pain without taking any medication. Think about your liver before taking any pain reliever. You don’t want to enjoy having a painless lower back, but your liver is totally damaged.

Check with your regular doctor for your regular physical check up but don’t ask for anymore prescription for your pain reliever. You will be surprise to be more healthier and your back is normal by just continuing your regular exercise and stretching your lower back on a regular basis. Keep in mind, the more stretching you do the better for your back. It will totally eliminate your back problem.
