Stay away from fad diets because they have permanent effects on you and any drastic drop in weight can also be harmful to your health. Weight loss should be a gradual process, occurring during the next 3 to 6 months.
4. When boarding a good diet, evaluate your needs and your favorite foods. Do not starve yourself with something that would totally ask you to avoid your favorite foods. Spoil yourself with them as long as you do not overdo it. Discipline is key in any plan you are in.
5. Follow your plan, no matter how much things had become. There would be days when you simply do not want to work, or you want two cups of the cream on the refrigerator.
