What is the best sprinitng 100 meter repeatedly, lifting with little circuit break like lifting or just aerobic walking? What is really good for the heart as much exercise?
Plain aerobic walking is best for the heart. Sprinting may not ideal and weight lifting is not recommended. Weight Lifting (isometric exercise) increases the peripheral resistance.
