This two disc DVD with Leslie Sansone in "Walk Away the Pounds" is an easy walk home training for beginners. When I say beginner, I mean people who have not exercised in a number of years and seek to facilitate a simple, low-impact yet program fitness satisfactory.
There are very few steps used in all three bases of the walking routines. They are walking on Instead, knee lifts, side steps and kicks. There are also a variety of exercises such as arm bicep curls, lateral raises the and stretches with and without the use of two pound weights.
Here is a brief description of each power level.
Get Up and Get Started: It takes about 18 minutes to complete a walk one mile. This is a straight ahead and exercise the easiest combined walking with weights for arm exercises with light.
High calories: it takes about 30 minutes to complete a two mile walk. It is an exercise of walking combined with moderate weight. It has a little more intensity, more fast walking and some alternatives to help you build endurance to the next level of the three mile walk.
Super Fat Burning: it takes about 47 minutes to complete a walk three mile. It has the highest level of intensity associated with an invigorating workout. You get advanced walking variations and a routine more difficult to exercise with weights.
While "Walk Away the Pounds" does not offer strength training, it not offer complete body conditioning. Another advantage is that you can not go wrong, you can set your own pace and modify your workout to your level comfort. You can opt for weight or not, wrist or use ankle weights, use full-motion movements or broad movement by half. It's your workout is for you.
You do not have to invest in expensive equipment. A pair Good walking shoes, comfortable clothing and the desire to be active is all it takes. You do not need much skill but a little coordination is all that is necessary. You can do it in rain or shine and based workout that works, you choose it only takes as little as 18 minutes or 30 – 47 minutes of your day to start feeling special.
The only thing I recommend is to take a longer cooling period. I found a cool article on the training a little too short. So take your time to avoid stretching muscles tense and injuries.
With a balanced diet of healthy eating and fitness program that you love, you lose pounds burn calories and fat. You're on your way to living healthier, stronger and happier. This is reason enough to get off the couch and become active!
