Adjust the suspension of the great cycle rider?

My Kawasaki Versys has an adjustable suspension and is set to build an average of 68 kg rider (150lb), with no passengers and no accessories. The establishment of values varies from front to back, but I'm wondering whether you should adjust the suspension as I am at 300 pounds before using a backpack. If the front and rear suspension is a set rate of £ 150, obviously should be adjusted to maintain a 300-pound right guy?

Yes, it should.
