Lat Pull
Will the lat pull down and the military pressure on the work of my biceps and triceps?

I use the lat pull down 25 times with 200 pounds for the other days and use the military pressure of 250 pounds to 25 times the other day that it will work my biceps and triceps or should I do?

The lat pulldown is a good training for your biceps if you do correctly. You would like to be kept with your palms facing you and you have a grip on the shoulder length. But this exercise is mainly for your lats (your back muscles) And the military press is mainly your shoulders. If you want your work to do bicep curl bar and then concentration curls. And the best way to get muscles is low repetitions with high weight. Has about 3 sets with 6.10 reps with each arm. Then the triceps triceps Push Down, same sets and reps as the other.
