When can I start using heat on my knee injury?? Please help !!!!?

I hurt my knee a superman incident. And my knee is hurting of almost 2 weeks now. I now started using ice and pack it. When should I start with the heat? and I go to bed with an ACE wrap thing on my knee? How do you know if they wraping ur too tight? Im srry bout all the questions im just really really confused!

Gosh, I hope that Superman is good. Hey … wait a minute if you need your Superman are fighting evil. Arg no advice for your super villain!
