Judo Karate

To develop our skills in mixed martial arts training, it is imperative that we develop a system of rigorous training that allows serial sufficient expertise so that it is programmed into our brains.
The complexity of martial arts techniques, or elsewhere any fighting technique is particularly demanding in the need for continued strengthening of raising them in awkward and slow incompetence conscious at the level of unconscious competence experienced by athletes who are "in the area.
When learning a new skilled movement research has shown that the first 6 hours are most important for retention. During this period, the skills must be formed very precisely and deliberately, under controlled conditions based on the quality (ie optimum technical performance), because this is when the new neural pathways are formed and strengthened.
Therefore, if execution is performed as required, then the correct paths are set up for the technique. However, if training and repetition is not careful to correct performance that the skill is practiced with the wrong shape and channels formed and armed, will result in poor technique of martial arts and performance subsequent battles low.
The very nature of martial arts and learn to fight against the repetition of skills makes it imperative and although there is no substitute for hands on mechanical drilling of a martial arts movement on skates or with a partner, time and energy demand can be very high and therefore limit the development of the average student.
The Most people who train in martial arts, whether Muay Thai Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, judo and wrestling, train as a hobby and for reasons that enhance their lifestyle outside of their daily business. Therefore, the conclusion of the energy time drilling new skills appropriately, can be difficult unless you are young, without career concerns or rich and can afford to take time.
There are, however, another method that we use has been shown to produce improved very impressive acquisition of motor skills and performance. Several studies have revealed very strong that the correct use visualization or visual motor behavior rehearsal (VMBR) training will improve both retention and performance of learning special motor movements. These techniques are now commonly used by elite athletes around the world.
The technique seems function of how our brain brings a memory of something or imagine something. During these processes, the brain uses the same regions, and a system programmed to display, we can build a movement qualified or memory.
However, it requires that you actually performed the necessary skills to begin with and can immerse yourself completely in the direction of movement.
For a more detailed discussion research on this phenomenon of gangs and verification of the methodology of my blog posts on the topic in my blog below.
By incorporating this technique in your program of martial arts training you will bring an additional means to acquire necessary to maintain skills and improving performance rehearsals outside of the gym or dojo.
