How do I measure my sweater?

I wear XXL in t-shirts and I'm about 250 pounds. Thank you.

Well your t-shirt size is a good indicator size of your sweater. Although it is better to wear a sweater that is looser than tighter. If you go to buy a replica jersey, I would probably say your size 2XL or 3XL. Authentic style jerseys right replicas and tighter than your best bet is a size 56 (roughly equivalent to a XXXL). But I think you should go to a store that sells the jerseys you are looking and to personally try them on. This gives you a much better indication of your exact size.
