Im looking at inversion tables though expensive, the main problem is the muscle just under my shoulder blade Latt. wide. or I think that an inversion table to help this or is it a waste of money?

It may help somewhat, but not deal directly with the issue. I recommend finding a therapist or massage therapist to help relieve that muscle.
