I look forward look at the purchase of a Casio Phys pedometer, but I'm not sure if it works in is always a runner's pace, no. of steps and distance. Will it work for running applications?
You can try it. However, I am just a normal pedometer. Dont care (yet) on heart rate, as long as my time is maintained.
