exercising at home is going to get the results?
I have bought some adjustable dumbells and do squats regularly, will this help me lose weight and gain muscle, Has anyone tried this before?
Sit ups do nothing. Build muscle just below the abdomen, and do not burn fat there first build the muscle but can not see, and stomach appear larger fact. Dumbells are great for strength training, such as muscle building increases metabolism. But cardiovascular NEEEEEED. That is the real fat burning activity. You do not need fancy machines to use if they will not spend the money, or pay for a gym membership. (although it seems more useful gyms) Just go for a run, put on some music and dance, your favorite sport – Anything that gets your heart rate during a period of time will help you lose weight, and weight training to tone your body and you look fabulous.
