(duh! gymnasium where we give the form, everyone knows that)

Ok, ok – many of which are to the gym in search of better fitness, better body and better health. (thank you ads ..) But does it work? Is this trip a gym ultimate way to a better, stronger body and better health?

Dangers of fitness training

We have all the muscle memory – how to activate our muscles. It determines how we move.

If Joe sat all day at a computer will soon be extended shoulders. The prolonged sitting will the chest muscles and short lengthen the back muscles in the body of Joe.
