The main advantage that I saw the system Soloflex was his ability to add free weights. Not available with any of the Bowflex Home Gyms. The major drawback to the Soloflex Gym Home is the weight of straps that end, similar to the Bowflex power rods, weaken and lose their tensile strength.

A recent research Craigslist has produced several results for the Soloflex. At prices ranging from $ 250 – $ 500. Personally, I had a few years ago and was Soloflex disappointed by the range of motion in some exercises. I like many others ended up selling it in search of a better alternative home gym.

Bowflex Home Gym

Bowflex offers several different models, as well as dumbbells and their latest product Bowflex Revolution. (Of all the Bowflex Revolution Bowflex is most dear to both the most revolutionary of all Bowflex systems.)

Some of the advantages I see in the Bowflex Home Gym

* Slight

* They provide the stems of power for life

* Increased range of motion that Soloflex

* You can type up to 65 health club quality exercises

* It can be rolled away

* Comes standard with 210 pounds of resistance. (Although, I must say that the levels of resistance shown on the stems of electricity are not as resistance number on the stem. Ie 20 pounds does not feel like 20 pounds of weight.)

Here are the disadvantages of the gym Bowflex home:

* You are responsible for shipping costs. What I mean is if you decide to use money from their six weeks money back guarantee, they will refund only the purchase price, not shipping if you would pay $ 129.99 double or $ 259.98 for the privilege of trying the Bowflex in your home.

* If you need more Resistance or weight, about 110 extra pounds will cost 100 bucks. So about a dollar a pound, it is expensive compared to free weights, which generally will cost approximately $ .50 per pound or less.

* The gym Bowflex home takes a considerable amount of space it requires gym of … 8 '4 "x 6 '6".

* You must head space of at least 82 inches

* Price is a problem, the cheapest model … Fire starts at $ 899, plus $ 129.99 for shipping for a total of $ 1028.99

* There are other drawbacks to the Bowflex but I'm running out of space here to completely destroy them.
