Every day, millions of Americans wake up at dawn to go to their local gym. Many participate in group exercises as aerobics, weight training, spin (cycling), etc. The average person in these classes is not aware that their hearing is affected by loud music played in those small rooms where these classes are organized. Hearing protection to the gym?

Hearing loss is progressive

• If you use a headset, always adjust the volume on the possible minimum bet that you will hear
