What is the best time to stretch during exercise gym?

I usually do 3 sets of 12 or 15 repetitions. I can not because I am inclined to lower the damage and the corresponding must be careful in the use of heavy weights. My question is: Should I do stretches before exercise, between sets, after the last set or until the end / beginning of my time in the gym or not?

You should always stretch before and after your workout to avoid injury. Stretching in between spasms may occur by keeping everything nimble. I stretch and walk around between sets size to keep my blood flow.
