im UFC-style fighting a friend this weekend, Need tips.?

im 15, 6.0, 155 pounds, I struggled last year to 8th grade and im in my first year of the football. I am in pretty good shape, have a 4-pack, and am about as strong as he is. Ive been in 2 fights. He has a few. two friends were so used UFC Grappling gloves. I win this fight. I have tips and strategies.

Uh, yes. Here's a tip. Stop unpunished "UFC-style" fights like a no training or close-by medical assistance. I bet you even wear mouth guards and cups. This is stupid behavior. Join an honest-to-God MMA gym, learning the techniques (and control!) And Spar go there. I've been training MMA for years, so I'm not a hater kind. But there is nothing good that can come from a number of junior high kids punching each other's teeth out.
