Does it cost money for a trainer at Golds Gym?

I have a Golds Gym membership, and lost about 35 pounds and now I really weight lifting, free money for a trainer and how much it is, I would just like for a trianer to help me with weight lifting =) thanks

Yes it costs extra for a trainer at Gold's. But I bet if you went to the counter and told them that you want to start with the weights, but are not really sure what to do with them, or the proper way to weight machines you could will probably use someone who you once. That would get you started. Congrats on landing the weight!
