What type of heavy bag should I and what type of gloves should I wear?

Which bag is to me a good workout and is the best for the practice on. Free standing punching bag, punching bag, or looking for a drop of a hanging punching bag? Which company should the bag now and wut should I wear gloves?

1.) Hanging Punching Bag. 2.) Ringside or Cleto Reyes. You should have a heavy bag that is more than what you weigh. Most people will say that you start small, by providing a Punching your weight, that half or so, but what happens if your power grows out of the bag? You have to buy another. So I would be for a heavy bag that at least your weight in size. If you are rich and serious about training, you will want to increase the size of the heavy bag (and a reduction in the size of the speed bag, if you have one) every six months or so. The best thing in my opinion, to fetch a water / foam punching bag made by Ringside. But be sure to select the water / foam ones and not just the water because the water are those which are too thin (only) 13 "width. The good thing about water / foam heavy bags is that you can customize increase or decrease the official weight and strength to suit your needs, it is much more realistic, the collision with people than any other heavy bag, and it is much easier on your joints. Also, if you need to store or transport, you can drain off easily and fill them for later use. If for some reason, no water / foam bag want to opt for another brand Ringside punching bag, preferably one, The soft is filled, as it will be easy on your joints and less prone to cause injury. Ringside is the only brand that I can vouch for or recommend when it comes to heavy bags or bags are available in general. The only thing I do not at Ringside is that their customer service is terrible and their ship by UPS under contract taken. It has created a terrible company, excellent products. The brands you want to avoid at all costs, are Everlast, Title, martial arts, Century, or anything otherwise, the (non Ringside, Cleto Reyes, Winning, and Grant, the only thing good that Grant produced, is the "Professional" line of gloves, no other Products). Everlast and titles make terrible products in general, and dishonest. They are two sides of one coin, as the products it manufactured, stored, sold, and from the same Factory. They sell cheap (and often previously used), half-hearted products 10x the value, and are very dishonest and corrupt. You'll order an item if it is sold, and they will confirm that the item is actually on sale but they will tell you for the standard item price into account, without you, etc., Everlast has been one of the known manufacturer of products boxes in the 80s, but times have changed. The company name is nothing like it once was, and the title is the same way. Some will say that only their lower end stuff is garbage, but it is the same even with their high-end stuff. Overall, the best brands are Cleto Reyes, Ringside, Grant (only the "Professional" line of gloves, nothing more), and Winning. All the best.
