Motorcycle boots are one of the most expensive investments a rider must do, which generally costs between 50 and 400 pounds. So why bother?
Normal footwear, manufacturers of boots and walking shoes can be dangerous when riding in vehicles with powerful engines. They wear quickly and become fragile, boot laces can get caught in the chain, they can easily be torn off leaving your feet exposed and they can make difficult to move your weight correctly.

• They should still have all the features of protection of a hiking boot.

Motorcycle racing boot
Racing boots are for serious riders who push their kit to the limit and the application of all latest technologies and protection for ensure their safety and improve their performance track. Unsurprisingly, they are often the most expensive and can cost over 300 pounds, while those of good quality can be found at least 100 pounds.
• Do not believe the hype surrounding a bunch of designer brand. Find out what protection it offer and, if you can, try to boot the size and shape.
• Shop around. Motorcycle apparel retailers have a range of prices – make sure that you get the best deal.
