what does it mean to iron clothes in drawing or drawing without iron or blower?

I want to know what is the difference between blower and ironing clothes in They come in drawing, and what does drawing really means. I've been looking for a meaning and most of what I've found which refers to the act of pulling something or move and object. if something like sewing a dress and the top is right and you need a skirt or sleves, if you "collect" of the material attached (make poofy), you must iron "collect" down so that the wider fit poofy (sew it to size) or the smaller top hole sleeve. I'm guessing is drawing in the collection, sry have not made anthing in decades. Just read the directions, will come together better than you expected. Drawing in. .. probally what you mean, but take a straight piece of material, making great stabbing, the knot end, pull the wire (pull) and the material collection (get swollen)
