Gear Martial

The first time that people hit in the martial arts is a shocking experience.
TheyÂ're not used to be real traces of beatings by unknown assailants, some of which compensate by dozens of books. Although some students were bullying brothers and sisters, they have never been pin their shoulders and tickled until they cried.
To succeed in an out of the dojo, martial artists have overcome the shock of being hit, kicked, and bruised.
Just because youÂ're pain, you CanÂ't call time out in a real fight. Gender flies out the window with the first shot.
So how do you handle the pain, if you CanÂ't convene a battlefield medic?
You learn to push him out, also known as repellents.
This is a Instant visualization exercise. When youÂ're hit hard, you see the pain of being pushed in the direction of the kick or strike from which it came.
I just did this in my garden. Walk toward the driveway to retrieve my phone cell car, I fell into darkness, barefoot, on a sprinkler head high.
Recover my balance, I felt a shooting pain running the underside of my foot from toe to heel. Instead of giving in pain, I pushed with a grunt.
Everything on, which gave me in charge of the situation. I got my phone, returned home and ignored my foot while my computer starts up. Then I took a first look at the damage done.
I have a little break, and nothing more. What I know if I donÂ't is avoided more damage by repelling. I think having a lot of times injured in martial arts, I minimize the damage.
The next When you stub your toe, walk under a door, or do something that causes pain, try to get him out immediately.
I think the effort find youÂ'll ita is yours!
