would anyone be willing to financially a martial arts school in western KY back?

I am a black belt in Shotokan Karate, I have the training for nearly 15 years. I have a lot of education, but mainly private lessons or another instructor. I would love to open my own school. I'm having trouble finding a business loan because I not everyone knows who would cosign for me. I do not much but just enough for a building and some basic gear. I'm planning and thinking about this for a long long time,

Your statement that you do not need much, just enough for the construction and initial acceleration suggests that you do not have a real business plan together. You must be substantial liability, business property insurance, a telephone system, computer (s) and more. Have you really thought through the plan and put in the paper how many students you need to fixed costs meet? How many students you need to make profit? Whatever your marketing program / cost would be? What is the backup plan if you are injured and can not do business for weeks / months? Get a book from the library to build a business and marketing plan. Then meet with an SBA volunteer to review your plan – they will help you understand if sufficient quality you win by an investment bank. It is difficult to secure loans if you have no assets to back the loan to have.
