Forearm Trainer

Many people have developed symptoms of numbness in hands and fingers. The symptoms are described as normal tingling and most people describe it as if the fingers or hands went to sleep. This usually occurs during sleep, after sitting for long periods, or when someone holds their hands above their heads during activities such as changing a bulb. Most people Will Self diagnose themselves either with carpal tunnel syndrome or something much more disastrous. But for most people, neither assumption is true.
If you look at the anatomy our hands, you will notice that all the nerves and blood vessels from above. They do not start your hand at the end of your hands. They actually begin your neck and end up in the tips of your fingers. They must travel through your shoulder, under the chest, through your elbow, below your forearm muscles, through the 8 bones in your wrist, then each of your fingers. It's a long way to travel. There are also many opportunities for obstruction to occur.
Think of the nerves and blood supply in your arms like a river. And think about your neck as the reservoir. Now, River normally flows from the reservoir into the surrounding areas (fingers). However, sometimes a tree falls in the river and prevents most water flow along the River. Thus, areas at the end of the river (finger) did not receive a lot of water (the nerve and blood supply). To this point most people notice they have numbness or tingling in the fingers and decide they have a problem with the hand or wrist. But most time the problem comes from the tree that fell into the river, not with the downstream areas. Let me explain.
Over there are many places that nerves and blood supply going to your fingertips can become restricted. These places are the neck, shoulders, pectoral muscles, elbow, forearm, 8 bones wrist or the muscles of your hand. Therefore, we must never assume that your problem is in your hand just because you feel your symptoms hand. To get the best diagnosis for tingling in your hands, you have to find someone who will inspect all areas between the neck and fingers.
One of the most common for a restriction in the neck and chest muscles. Because most people sitting at a desk for a living. This will leads to roll our shoulders forward and stick our heads, usually to see a computer. When our shoulders roll forward our pectoral muscles shorten and eventually became extremely tight. This then presses on the nerves and blood that work directly under your pectoral muscles. If these muscles become quite close, we begin to feel numbness or tingling of the hands. Stretching the chest muscles can usually avoid this problem. As I said in other articles, you must hold the stretch for 3 minutes for this to work.
Even if one the most common sites for a restriction of your pectoral muscles there are many other places where you have problems in May I urge your doctor to have a look qualified for your entire arm restrictions. Since your wrist has 8 different bones, you should have a chiropractor make sure that everyone is moving properly. If there is a bone that does not move properly, it can exert pressure on a nerve and give you carpal tunnel syndrome. A chiropractor can ensure that muscles and bones of your arm move properly and allowing the nerves and blood vessels to circulate freely.
