Why Boxing Fitness? Participants rave about Boxing Fitness, because workouts are always fun, challenging and produce results. Emphasis is placed on the condition first and the second using his boxing boxing techniques to get people in their physical and mental learning to "fight without fighting." What a workout guy? One session lasts about 60 minues and is divided into components to ensure a full body workout.

Warm-up – Coaching typically begins with 5 to 10 minutes of rope skipping to warm the muscles and tendons for the rest of the session.

Conditioning – Transitions drive overheating a force in boxing some specific conditioning drills and resistance. The exercises emphasize strength and muscular endurance, speed, tone and anaerobic conditioning. Approximately 10 minutes.

Technique – One or two new techniques are introduced in each session. The objective is built from the base, such as footwork or punch basic to more complex combinations and defensive maneuvers. Approximately 5 minutes.

Punching Drills – This is the heart of training and generally the most pleasant. A series of routines offensive and defensive are worked by using a circuit training format using focus mitts, heavy bags and more. This part is very anaerobic, involving three rounds a minute (work units) punctuated a minute periods of active recovery (units rest). Each turn, one or two new things are added to the routine to be worked. The first round could be using the Joint action, the second round, his right hand and some combinations of these elements. The variety of Punch Drill training is almost unlimited. After 5 to 7 turns, the participant should be de-stressed, exhausted refreshing and invigorated. Approximately 30 minutes.

Cool – In this time is used to bring the heart rate and stretching to improve flexibility. It can also be used as a question / Time response with the trainer. Approximately 10 minutes.
