This machine is suppose to tone your body when lifting weights. Use this only 10 minutes a day and you're suppose to get tuned as weight lifting. It was created by solo flex and costs $ 495.00. But it works.

That theory at least. It is not so much that you just hang on. On the contrary, I think you're supposed to do deep knee bends and the like. The vibration causes your muscles to fire keeping your balance. You can sit there and do abdominal exercises. Although I suspect that some additional muscle recruitment, I doubt it would do as well as just lifting heavy weights. This concept is sold under various brands at similar prices. You can spot check and see if there are sales of fitness equipment places to try the concept of spending any money. Not to get all the hype.
