What does it mean If I Cannot flex calf or foot on it. my foot is numb, and I can feel discomfort in the thigh?

I was training for struggling to reach a tournament when I did something to my calf. It is swollen to the size of my thigh (about) the muscles were very badly injured there is numbness in the foot and some discomfort in the thigh as well. I can not flex calf at all. and it hurts pretty damn bad when I stand. I feel my leg in a campfire

Maybe you broke the calf muscle. You probably can not feel his feet because the calf is swollen and blood flow is blocked to foot. I've done this before and it sucks. You probably should not contend for a while. Rest, ice and Advil for now. Get it checked by a doctor to be sure if its more serious, however.
