Fit Exercise

Parents, when fit exercise into your routine with the kids?
What do you do exercise to stay healthy and attractive? I'm doing swimming and other light exercise 3 times a week .. Before getting pregnant I used to do extensive work at home 3 times a week … I plan to continue this after my daughter was born, of course. Obviously, no cross-strait away also …… How soon after your baby was born I had to go back to your regular schedule? Thanks:)
Well, for me, I just eat well, drink tons of water, dance around the house at any time I'm cleaning, walking, stretching, and hanging out with my daughter. I'll be getting a gym after the birth of the baby to the pool, cycling class speed and also take a pole dancing class next spring. Before being a mother who used to walk miles every day, running, dancing every day, and so on. For me I went to my normal size more or less immediately after delivery. when she came home 2 days later I was in my normal clothes, episiotomy but limited my mobility for a month or so twice. 12 weeks 4 days (a week from today). I've added my new photos to Flickr, however, but This was last week of shooting. My son is 7 months on July 4.
