Do you think we should throw BMI and replace it with Body Fat percentage?

Because the BMI does not consider what is the weight (fat or muscle) so it gives people a false sense of security. lol Zach – uh uh. Some people do put grease on other sites. Especially women. So I have fat on my hips and thighs, almost nothing goes to my waist .. but I think I've never been "fat" so maybe something was going to my waist when I had a high percentage of fat.

There is nothing wrong with using both BMI is a quick way of determining how healthy your weight is pretty accurate, body fat% is a more detailed way. Believe me, it's not like you go to register as an overweight BMI chart as a result of pure muscle and not realize why.
