strengthen my wrists with a wrist athlete?

hello, thanks for taking the time to read this, erm ……. I have a weak left wrist, and I want to go boxing So I need to enhance, someone gave me a wrist strenghener, which is like a machine you by your hand and push down repetedly so to strengthen it, is it good? does its job? amyone still has info on how weak wrists? I would be grateful for any help, thanks.

Hey that will work fine, yes. You can also wrist flexors and curls with free weights as mentioned above. For lacrosse pronation we had to do with weights. My bro rode motocross pro and had his wrists work "arm pump" prevent the throttle.
