The yoga ball is a great way to maximize your workout at home. They are not expensive by any means, and can be used in several ways different target almost any area of the body. If you have one lying around the house go grab it after learning these simple exercises to get best results.

1.) Role abdominal

To this end the role of ab, kneel before your arms and lean on the ball. Inhale to strengthen your stomach and then roll the ball away from you as you are comfortable. Keep ball contact surface area of your forearm.

2.) Balance Ball
