1. Hula Hooping

Who would have thought that a toy for children 1950 would be a great exercise tool in 2008. But it is. In fact, I dare say that hula hooping is the best way to tone your area of any size create a beautiful feminine look to your abdomen.

All you have to do is twirl the hoop around your waist for 10 minutes per day. You not even need to do everything at once. You can divide it into 2 segments minute. That's what I do.

I do my workout hula hoop for 2 minutes both in television commercials. For a tv show hours is about 20-22 minutes of commercials to play, I used to hula hoop time.

2. Swimming

Swimming is so slimming and toning effect on the body. The only problem is, how do you find a pool you can use all year. Instead of simply swim back and forth without stopping, I prefer that you swim faster than you can from 1 edge of the pool to the other side.

Once you get there, rest 30 seconds and repeat for 20 minutes.
