Exercise Strength
Perhaps the most misunderstood concept in the fitness industry today to health / medical, media and the general public is the confusion about what is proper Exercise is, and what are recreation – activities.
The exercise effects of recreational activities ranging from little or no effect of exercise at all (eg, hiking, mowing the lawn, golf, etc. climbing) to the opposite end, with more sporting activities such as running, basketball, etc. All these activities to recreation, and the exercise effect is still marginal and incomplete. Just because an activity raises the heart rate, respiration-induced fatigue, you can be more difficult or You sweat, you do not take meaningful, productive and rewarding. You can actually have the effect, without pursuit of an activity as exercise.
Part of the definition of exercise is "leading an ambitious work of nature", if an exercise is not demanding it not qualify as exercise. Another part of this definition is that the exercise "reasonable burden of producing structures that promote muscle strength levels of a growth collapse mechanism .
The essence of the exercise is based on an improvement in the physical sense, that is, if the activity does not promote physical Improvement that is primarily correlated with increased muscle strength – then it is not proper practice. Strength training is the only activity that properly meets the definition of the exercise is to exercise, therefore the only true.
The basic approach to physical exercise is that we try to induce the body to adapt to an imposed stimulus. The body must adapt a good reason to be, or rather, they must be forced to adapt. Low intensity, comfortable "fun" activities challenge not the body on their existing skills. The body is simply engaged in their normal capabilities are, so there is nothing that requires the body to adjust to, nothing extra, that alter the body requires. An exercise program should replace the challenge and beyond what they experience in their daily tasks and activities.
The six factors of physical fitness
1. Muscular size, strength and endurance
2. Bone Strength
3. Cardiovascular (heart-lung) efficiency
4. Increased flexibility
5. A contribution to the Body Leanness
6. Increased resistance to injury
Through exercise, we hope for a continued improvement in these six factors of physical fitness to be seen. If we do not see this improvement, exercise then, is either partially or not at all present.
It is assumed that both exercise and leisure activities in general Systematics of the strength and importance of fitness and a healthy active lifestyle, and they overlap to some degree. But that maximum results are of either or both obtained, they must be defined first and then separated in practice. The benefits of proper exercise, and the stimuli are needed to these services produce, can not be done with leisure activities.
Exercise is based on the muscle and joint functions of the human Body and how we all have the same functions that are general principles and application of procedures, therefore, universal and the same for every human being on the planet.
Sport activity is on the other hand, the personal, fun, pastime selected activities for all very different. Consider it a diversion from everyday life and important for our mental health and happiness. Try not to be confused and mix them both together, so you can maximum physical benefits from your training program and get maximum fun out of your leisure activities. About the Author:
