Have you seen all the hula Hoopin 'from lately? It is making a huge come back! They are addictive to play with an explosion, and once you start strapping, everyone wants to Join in! Hoops is a fun activity to keep you smiling, fit and healthy! Have you ever Hoop tried without smiling? It is almost impossible! And once you pick up a hoop, everyone around you wants to try too! Perhaps it is for why the trend is spreading so fast!

A common mistake is to buy your hoop from a toy store. But please, whatever you do, do not DO IT! The circles that you find at K-Mart, Wal-Mart (almost all 'Mart') will not do you any good. They are super small and super fast! If you're convinced that you can not hoop, and you've tried, it was probably the hula hoop! Do not get discouraged! The circles of light are small and fast and really frustrating to work, they are constantly falling to the ground and you're reaching always resume. But believe me, the bigger and heavier the hoop is, the easier it is to use.

So you want a hoop eh, now what to do, where to find one?

First, get inspired! Get yourself a hoop, one that suits your personality, good color and the right size and weight for you, and get strapping! I always suggest a hoop that reaches your navel as a good starting point for new Hoopers. Search your area for someone who makes custom hoops or make your own! All you need is irrigation tubing, coupling, and fun colored electrical tape! There are many online tutorials show you how this is done is quite simple! But whatever you do, do not buy a hoop a toy store, you will not be frustrated! Then get in line, the hoop of YouTube videos looking for additional inspiration, tips, advice, etc., and put on some good tunes … hoop for happiness!
