Is jumping on a chair and jump to the track a good workout?

I mean if I sweat much as 30x jump into the saddle and back to the ground. Is not it a good exercise and the amount of calories you burn jumping

It gets your heart rate if you do it long enough, but not directed to any specific muscle group. Tan, however, probably not. From here you can find a waaaay more effective than exercise, haha.
