Exercise Band

Do you want to build, shape, and add inches to your back? Then these three exercises are a must for your fitness routine behind.
1. Dumbbell Bent Over Rows – Grab some dumbbells that you will be able to perform 4 sets of 15, 12, 10 and 8 reps with. As representatives low, you should use dumbbells Heaver. Stand up while holding a pair of dumbbells and carefully bent at the waist until your back Parrell is with the floor. Make sure your knees are slightly bent. With the dumbbells hang straight, pull the dumbbells at your sides as high as possible and tighten the muscles back together at the top for a count of three seconds. Then slowly lower the dumbbells to your starting position.
2. Rows Machine – 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, and 6 representatives to add further weight as you lower your representatives. Start in a sitting position by placing your feet firmly on the footrests on a machine back row. If you do not have this type of machine you can use exercise bands with the band placed under your feet. I like using my Bowflex for this exercise. Arching his back slightly and grasp the handles or catches when using exercise bands. Pull the handle toward you and squeeze and squeeze your back muscles for a count of three. Do not lean back in your chest. Your back should remain straight. Slowly return handles start and repeat with the next REP.
3. Flat Bench Dumbbell Pullovers – 3 sets of 10 repetitions of a piece. Begin by lying face on a weight bench with your head and neck supported by the bench. Hold one dumbbell with both hands on you chest by cupping on the inside the dumbbell. Bend your elbows slightly. Now lower the dumbbell behind your head toward the ground. Make sure the movement not go beyond full stretch, contract your lats and back to the starting position. I think it's an excellent training exercise back. Sometimes this exercise is taken for a chest exercise.
