What are the best exercise to tone my upper body without using exercise equipment?
I've always had a problem with the upper half of my body. I've been on a diet to lose weight, become toned, and healthier. I watch what I eat and how much to take in. I've been drinking only water and jog 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I'm looking to tone my upper body, but I like to use fitness equipment. I need exercises that can tone your arms, stomach, chest, and especially my back (because I have back problems). Is there anyone who can suggest some exercises that can tone areas without the need for exercise equipment?
