What are fun and cool ideas for our school to make more eco-friendly?

My friend and I decided we wanted our school more eco-friendly. We asked or we can match the class of those most likely to recycle, but we thought that only kids will go crazy just for the price and later stop recycling. So good ideas. We have fun, good prices! Please help!
