The PR Society Meeting 2008 in Detroit, Oktober 25 was a fraud perpetrated on the entire membership not only from the national board, but by the Assembly, the delegates, all of which are so interconnected, "" in one way or another.

It was bad enough that the board more than two hours planned doses of presentations and a two-hour exercise in "strategic thinking", that would insult the intelligence of a third-grader.

Even worse was the agreement of more than 200 delegates from chapters in this farce. It is easy to see why the delegates took a dive.

The bylaw passed in 2004 that we had no APR in the Assembly a giant Mickey in it. Non-APR delegates had to be board members of local groups.

This increased officer / team control of the Assembly as the local "with the title companies" is the "national institution."

The entire assembly is now APR or "leader" of the chapters / sections / districts. These are members of "the takeover" of the PRS Terms of local, district and national titles, 30 + membership on the national committees, etc. They are often the desire to even more songs that they feel strengthens their curriculum vitae. They are mostly "status borrowers" and not a "creditor status" and not to the hand that feeds them to bite.
