Dutch Jump
Dutch Jump

Have you ever tried to jump double Dutch, or seen done?

Initially
Well, the first time you try, it is difficult for anyone to enter! You keep watching the ropes swinging, then you start moving in rhythm with the chords, then eventually try to jump in. If you do not get in first, once you get it may take some time for the stream.

As you practice
By Recently, the pace becomes easier. You can speed up and slow down. You get in better shape. You easily get into the rhythm when something is off.

As you master
Keep at it and the pace is second nature. You do not even think it happens naturally. So you do flips and you laugh and push limits to express more style.

Being in the flow intuitive is really similar to the practice of jumping rope, or anything
Expect to take a little time to feel the rhythm, and live the experience of others. Do not expect everything at once. Lighten about yourself. Laugh at yourself, It's easier to learn. You will develop the intuitive "muscle flow 'and be more fulfilling lives, free of charge. This does not mean that you'll never skip a beat or miss the pace, but you will not mind so much because it is easy to start saving.

Instead of having some intuitive impulses, helps you feel a continuous rhythm intuitive!

See the thing is, the rope is YOUR pace. Just begin to notice your own pace, just practice, just experience. You teach the rest. Stop watching other children play on the playground. This is your time. Everyone says, "Jump" Jump! "

Call to Action
Go play the real jump rope, or something similar. Seriously. Everything you need to learn. Remember you need to practice. Practice is the key to finding the rhythm. The practice is key control. Practice is the master of masters.
