For skinny guys who want to gain weight and build muscle, one of the first and most obvious places to start is the chest area, as is the area where we tend to look the leanest and our bones are the most noticeable.

Know how to get a larger chest and built around solid "pecs" quickly is the ticket to a more confident posture and some admiring glances from the ladies.

Here are 3 exercises that will increase volume, size and defining your chest and help you obtain a faster breast.

Bench Press

This exercise Classic is still the best for a large trunk and build the pectoral muscles.

Lie on the bench and the handle bar of a hand pronated, with your hands slightly more than shoulder width.

Lift the bar off the grid and below the point where it is just inches above your chest. Then push back under control, trying to squeeze your pecs at the top of the exercise.

Do not let the bar touching your chest, because it puts undue pressure on your shoulders. Also, keep weight under control at all times and avoid using momentum cheating.

Incline Bench Press

Performed the same way as the bench press except this time you are inclined bench up, working the muscles of the chest. This is great for cover during the clavicles boring that always seem to stick on us skinny guys, and it also helps you build your shoulder area too.

Dumbbell flyes

This exercise is ideal breast for building and defining muscles of the chest inside, so you'll be presented with the classic "line" down the middle of your Pecs (all as the superhero, right?:))

Lie down flat on a weight bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Lift the dumbbells so that they are above your chest, arms slightly bent, palms facing each other.

Now lower the weight in an arcing motion, keeping your locked arms until the dumbbells are at about the same height as your chest. Then start to raise them again back to the starting position in the same arc of movement. Imagine that you hug a tree.

Try to focus on fair use pectoral muscles for this exercise and it will help you get a bigger chest.

Bonus Exercise: push-ups

Anyone looking how to get a bigger chest will do well to do push-ups in their exercise routine.

Although not really considered as sexy these days, push-ups are simple but effective construction Pecs deadly rock and a hard upper body without weights dream.

The key success is to make regular, with incremental increases, and be sure to mix varieties. In other sure that words you do push ups a slope, close grip push ups, wide grip push ups, etc. to work all parts of the breast.
