Love handles? Too many of us and they can have a real drag on your self esteem. These are the areas of flab on your side (anatomically known as Obliques). They are also one of the most stubborn areas. They seem to stay there, how smart you get or how attenuated the rest of your body can be. Try if you can just keep them there. It is frustrating, to say the least. Is there anything you can do to rid yourself of these unsightly pockets of flab? Fortunately, you can actually get rid of your love handles and achieve the firm, toned torso you always wanted for yourself. You'll see and feel better if you follow these steps to lose the love handles.

First of all, you need to eat a good, healthy, balanced diet. You can not lose fat, especially love handles, unless you eat a good diet. This is a essential part of losing your love handles and get in better overall shape. This is advice that is useful for anyone interested in better health, or weight loss is not their specific goal.

You will also participate in some form of regular aerobic exercise to keep a good general condition and help burn fat including those annoying love handles! You do not run yourself ragged, even low-impact aerobic exercise, if practiced on a regular basis will go a long way go to your goal of keeping and of course, toning the Obliques. You might consider biking, gym or even walking. Make sure that whatever type of exercise you choose to do, make it a regular habit for at least half hour. You can easily achieve this by (if this is an option) biking to work instead of driving or taking public transportation, taking a long walk after work or on your lunch hour or other ways. Use your creativity is a form of regular aerobic exercise, which fits in your calendar and your lifestyle.

I hear you there. You're probably saying: "OK, that's all well and good. I know I need to get regular exercise, but I'd be here a few tips on losing those love handles once and for all! ". Well fear not, there are some exercises for you that can help show that Obliques and stop feeling so self conscious of your body. Read on for five exercises, combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise, can you Obliques trim and fit.

1) Lunge with rotation Stand with your feet as far apart as your hips and hold a dumbbell with both hands, stretch them out for you. Put your right foot one meters for you and bend your knees 90 degrees, Lunging forward. As you do this, hold your hands together and turn your torso (and the dumbbell) to right. 2) Dead Lift – Keep your feet flat and squat under the bar sit, gripping the bar with your hands as wide as your shoulders, you can use an overhand or mixed grip here. Extend your hips and knees to lift the bar and pull your shoulders back as you lift the bar. Return to starting position and repeat.

3) Weighted Squat With a dive belt, place a weight around your waist. Step up to two banks (boxes are also handy if you do not banks) with one foot on each. Stretch your arms for you. Squat down until your thighs just above parallel to the floor. Return to starting position and repeat.

4) The Russian Twist is a little harder, take it easy with this unless you already use to abdominal exercises. Lay on the floor, facing your feet under something will not move, a bed or dresser works good. Put your palms together and stretch them straight in the air. If desired, you can hold a weight between your hands? somewhere between the five and twenty pounds is good. Keep your hips stationary, twist your shoulders 90 degrees to one side than the other. Repeat.

5) Plank with Rotation Start in same position as you would for a sit-up. Slowly turn your body to the right, so your right leg behind you and lifting your right arm toward the ceiling. Return to the starting position and switch to the other side. Repeat this several times on each side.

Regular exercises along with regular aerobic exercise and diet, these exercises help to love this losses incorporated in a matter of weeks! Yes, you can still go to the beach this summer, and looks great doing!
