I had to dye my hair red in two Sometimes to get the dark red I really wanted. The blue What I want is a deep blue, which is barley visible on the inside, but visible on the outside. I'm thinking Blue AfterMidnight manic panic. But I'm not sure. Any suggestions?
Try Hair dyes with henna, are natural and often come in some cool colors.
