Rhimba's dance exercise DVD has been growing in popularity in recent months. But just because something is popular does not mean that there is any good, they can all due to good marketing. The same goes for fitness really Rhimba dvd's? Does it really help you get a flat tummy and tight buns, as they say? After interviewing a few of the ladies who have been doing the workout for a while, I now know the answer …
Beginning in March 2008, I received a demo DVD, so I could give a personal review of this new dance practice. I was asked to explain details of how it works from the perspective of an average User. Since then I have with 1 man and 4 women who have done this training, spoken for more than a month. Therefore, I am confident that I can be a judge this high energy workout.
Is it help you lose weight?
In terms of weight loss, it is clear that Rhimba's Dance Workout video works for most people. Of the 5 users who I interviewed who have tried this dvd and shared their experiences, were each of them with their weight loss happy.
How much can you lose with this dance fitness videos?
Although Rhimba promises that you are a dress size in 2 weeks lose can, simply by training 3 times a week, I found that it is very possible. But recommended the people I interviewed to do the training at least 4 times a week at least the first 14 days. Their reasoning was that some of the steps that get a little hard to when you're not a dancer. These 5 people have experienced an average Weight loss of 8 pounds in 14 days, although 1 of the ladies lost 12 pounds in their first two weeks.
How does it work?
The dance exercise routines Tone and shape your body while burning fat and building strong core muscles. This is the combination of interval training with fast and slow rhythms to create an aerobic training achieved. The music and the dancing is fun fitness routine, so it is not like a workout that is much easier to stick with for a makes long-term feel.
Is it to help you, a flat tummy and tight buns?
I want one of the ladies can answer this question for me.
"I've tried Rhimba and after my first week I started seeing a difference.'ve After dinner, my stomach does not bulge as much as before. I missed with my curves when I was wearing a tight dress, but now I'm actually a nice bend in my waist. It has been about 1 months and I start my incline and flat stomach is to be had again. For training it is recommended that you stick to it for at least a month to some significant results to see. Also, remember that Rhimba recommends that the training does not at least 3 times per week. But if you want to see quick results, I recommend the exercises at least 4 to 5 times per week.
What is the overall satisfaction and vote?
The main complaint that I received was that the learning section gives instructions not slowing down the stairs and they are completely a little hard to follow. The teachers move quickly at times and there is hardly a transitional period between the most moves to exert themselves during the whole dance. For beginners, it is more difficult to follow. But after a couple of times to observe the dvd all of them were able to pick up the stairs and go. Therefore, the overall satisfaction rate of over 90%. This means that it can work for you, but that is unlikely.
